A key factor in our success is low claim frequency. HealthCap Risk Management Services (HealthCap RMS) serves hundreds of senior care centers nationwide, offering clinical, regulatory, educational, and administrative services tailored to each client’s unique needs.
In 2024, our Resource & Education Center continued to grow, evolving into a prominent knowledge repository for the senior care sector. We welcomed over 79,000 unique site visitors who accessed our latest educational offerings, experienced 79 webinars, and downloaded over 112,000 free, open-source documents in both Spanish and English.
Our outstanding clinical team developed and updated hundreds of policies, procedures, infographics, and webinars, accessible to all senior care providers. We awarded 1,876 Continuing Education credits in 2024, backed by accreditations from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards (NAB).
